The next sweater will be easier...

Wow, you guys sure do respond to dramatic reenactments of steeking!

Which is why I thought I'd let you know: the neckband is done. I have finished all the knitting.

Once I've woven in all the ends on the body I will take a picture of my assembled piles of ends (THOUSANDS.) for your mind-boggling pleasure. Then it's blocking and sewing time!

    I think it's the thought of weaving and trimming all those thousands of ends that's holding me back from a project like this! I can't wait to see the sweater and hope that either we have another cold front (unlikely) or you have class in a really cold classroom!

    I DO admire people who can even contemplate a sweater like this one! And I say that a trip to very northern climes would be justified so that you can show off!
